Recently, a client contacted Madden Bolt Corporation requesting that we manufacture a series of anchor bolt cages to be used on communication towers. Before production work had been initiated, shop drawings were submitted for engineering review and approval, guaranteeing that each anchor bolt cage met entirely with client specifications before any costly construction work was begun.

Employing a combination of fabrication processes, ranging from saw-cutting and threading to welding and assembly, we were able to build products that met high ASTM industry standards and absolute customer expectations. Measuring thirteen feet in length and weighing 201 pounds, the cages were constructed from carbon steel, ensuring that each part possessed 75,000 KSI yield strength.

After the products were formed, the anchor bolt cages were then hot-dip galvanized, providing a corrosion-resistant coating. We then tagged and packaged each cage, shipping the assembled products on a flatbed truck, ensuring safe delivery of all units within a 5-7 day standard time period. We also offer a three day expedited shipping service, available upon request.
