Anchor Bolts for CTG (Combustion Turbine Generator)

When a client from the power plant industry based in Orlando, Florida contacted our company to manufacture a series of anchor bolts used in combustion turbine generators, we were able to produce a mass quantity of these high-quality products while upholding a (+/-) 1/8 inch precision tolerance.

To ensure that each anchor bolt possessed a high, 105KSI yield strength, we constructed each part from a F1554 GR.105 heat treated steel round bar, measuring two inches in diameter. Each anchor bolt measured seventy inches in length and weighed ninety-four pounds. Once the products were formed, we then hot dip galvanized each part, providing the anchor bolts with a 3-5 mils thick, corrosion resistant finish that met top ASTM A153 specifications.

Madden Bolt built 14,500 pounds of superior anchor bolts for our power plant industry client. And, with our high-quality packaging services, which combined palletizing, tagging, banding, and shrink-wrapping, we were able to deliver all of our premium anchor bolts to our Florida based client within a 5-7 day standard turnaround period.
