Carbon Steel Plate for Waste Water Baffle Plates

When a client from the waste water treatment industry contacted our company to manufacture carbon steel plates for waste water baffles, we employed a combination of our advanced plasma and oxy-fueled cutting machinery to form their products. Baffle plates are items that help control liquid flow patterns in tanks, lagoons, or settling basins. Before the products were constructed, shop drawings were submitted to ensure that our high-quality carbon steel baffle plates met absolute client satisfaction before any costly machining processes were performed.

Upholding a (+/-) 1/8 inch precision tolerance, the products were formed to possess a variety of thicknesses, meeting precise client specifications. The plates measured .1875, .25, .3125, .375, and .5 inches in thickness respectively. After the plates were cut and fashioned, each part was then grinded to provide a smooth material finish and then galvanized to equip the products with a corrosion resistant coating.

Using a variety of our advanced packaging services, ranging from palletizing, tagging, banding, and shrink-wrapping, we were able to deliver our superior carbon steel plates within a 5-7 day standard turnaround period.
