Embed Steel Angle for Fuel Gas Conditioning Skid

Embed Angle for Fuel Gas Conditioning Skid» Request Quote

A client from a simple cycle power plant located in Africa recently contacted Madden Bolt Corporation to manufacture a series of steel embed angles for use on a fuel gas conditioning skid. Using our advanced stud welding process, we were able to construct the parts out of an ASTM A36 carbonized steel 3X3X.25 inch L angle, while upholding a (+/-) 1/8 inch precision tolerance.

Once manufacturing was complete, each steel embed angle measured twenty inches in length, three inches in width and height, and .25 inches in thickness. The products also weighed 105 pounds. We then hot galvanized each part to provide a corrosion resistant finish.

Using our advanced packaging system, which includes palletizing, shrink wrapping, banding, and tagging, we were able to successfully deliver the customer's products within a 5-7 day standard lead time. We could also provide 1-2 day expedited delivery, available upon request. Using our advanced stud welding and hot galvanizing processes, we were able to construct and deliver high-quality embed angles that met high ASTM standards and client expectations.
